Shipping weight refers to the total weight of parcelafter packaging. It is inclusive of wrapping and box weight.

Example 1:
Item weight = 900gms
Envelope weight = 30gms
Total weight = 930gms
Shipping weight category for regular airmail = 1kgs

Example 2:
Item weight = 900gms
Box weight = 400gms
Total weight = 1.3kgs
Shipping weight category for regular airmail = 1.5kgs

So far all parcels arrived safely in the US, Europe and most Asia countries but we are sorry we cannot be liable for any parcel loss in or delay in transit. We ensure all parcels are perfectly wrapped before sending but once a parcel is out, it is beyond our control to care for it. Therefore we recommend registered or insured mail for higher priced items or fragile items.
