Q: Who is the baby in the front page?
A: He is my baby Jadon. That picture was taken when he was 100 days old.
Q: I put several items in my cart but the shipping fee is very high. Do you combine shipping?
A: Yes we combine shipping but our shipping system is currently set with international shipping fee (based on item weight) added. Every item has a shipping weight category. Add that up and check the shipping weight chart. That is just an estimate. The actual shipping fee may be lesser if, for example you are purchasing a set of chopsticks with a baby carrier. The chopsticks can tag on the carrier so you may even get free postage for the chopsticks. However, everything is subject to final shipping weight (after packaging). We will refund whatever balance if the difference is significantly more than $5.
Q: I am planning to get several sets of the same item. Do you offer a discount.
A: Yes if you are purchasing in bulk of more than 5 pcs per item, please send in your order because there will be a small discount.
Q: Are all items from Korea?
A: All items are purchased in Korea but sometimes Korean companies have their production outside Korea.
Q: Are all items new?
A: All items are new from the manufacturer.
Q: Can you guarantee the products since you do not own most of them?
A: Even though we do not own most of the products, when they reach us we will check to make sure there is no defect. It is our responsiblity to ensure everything is in good order and quality before we ship it out to you. However we are unable to open products that are vacumn sealed at the manufacturer’s. If you do receive anything faulty, please write to us so we can work towards a solution.
Q: Can you find something for me even if it’s not related to baby?
A: Yes we will be glad to help shop on your behalf. Please refer to Custom orders on how to proceed.
Q: Will you ship to my country?
A: We ship worldwide. We mostly ship to the US, Canada, Europe, Australia but have also shipped to further countries like Turkey, Russia, Ukraine, Mexico, Israel, Finland, Mauritius, Netherlands, etc.
Q: How long does it take to reach me?
A: Please refer to the shipping weight chart for estimated transit time. However, it is also dependant on customs. From our experience, countries like Germany and Indonesia do hold up packages for a while.
Q: Will you be having a sale soon?
A: Because we get most of our items at local retail prices, we are not earning much profits from each order. Therefore we do not have clearance sales. Sometimes we do have special sales about once or twice a year.
Q: Can you declare the item as “gift”?
A: Yes we usually declare packages as “gift”. Let us know how we can help.
Q: Are your chopsticks stainless 18-10?
A: Yes, for most of them. We are very particular about quality especially for gift sets. We know nobody wants to receive a gift which will discolor after some time. Some designs do come in stainless 18-8 but in terms of quality, they are very close.
Q: I found a similiar product at another store which is much cheaper. Can you adjust your price to that?
A: There are many versions of every merchandise in Korea varying in price, depending on the quality. We always select the quality ones produced by the more reputable manufacturer. Therefore, please take a few moments to read the product description.
Q: How long do you take to ship my order?
A: We make 2 trips to the post office each week so you can expect about 3-4 working days after your payment is cleared. However, more time may be needed during festive seasons like Chusok (thanksgiving), lunar new year or during bad weather.
